The Honorable Joseph Ghartey, former Minister of Justice and former Attorney General of the Republic of Ghana, visited Little Rock Central High School National Historic Site on Tuesday, February 17th.
Following his speech, park staff had the opportunity to speak to him and take a photograph. As Minister for Justice under the Kufor Administration, Ghartey is keenly aware of the current problems facing his country and discussed the challenges in his presentation titled, âStrengthening the Human Chain in Race, Education, Economics and Politics in the 21st Century.â
âWe were truly honored to host the Honorable Joseph Ghartey at the historic site,â said Robin White, the parkâs superintendent. âThe National Park Service is proud to have the opportunity to forge and strengthen international relationships with our global neighbors.â
